1. What These Technologies Are
Our website and app store small files on your device (cookies and local storage) and read them back later. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us measure and improve it, or measure our advertising.
2. What We Use
2.1 Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to work: signing in, security, payments, remembering your currency and these privacy choices. They cannot be switched off.
- Keeping you signed in
- Site delivery, security and bot protection
- Stopping automated sign-ups
- Taking a payment at checkout
- Reporting errors so we can fix them
- Push notifications, only if you turn them on
- Live chat, loaded only when you open it
- Demo booking, loaded only when you book a demo
- Remembering your currency and these privacy choices

2.2 Analytics
Helps us understand how the site and app are used, so we can find problems and improve them.

2.3 Marketing
Lets us measure our adverts and show BrixFit adverts to people who visited this site. Used on our public website only, never inside the coaching app.

3. Your Choices
- Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot work without them.
- Analytics and marketing are optional. Depending on where you are visiting from, they are either off until you agree, or on until you switch them off. Visitors from the United States and Australia see the second kind; everyone else is asked first.
- Change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings or Your privacy choices link at the bottom of any page of our website. Switching a category off also removes the cookies it had set.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends this signal, we treat it as a request to switch marketing off and honour it automatically.
- How long we remember. We keep your choice for 6 months, then ask again. We also ask again if this policy changes.
Declining optional cookies never limits your access to BrixFit.
4. Where Marketing Tags Run
Marketing tags run only on our public website. They are never loaded inside the coach dashboard or the client app, and health data, progress photos and client records are never used for advertising.
