How plans, changes and payments work.
Yes. Start on Starter with no credit card required - core coaching tools for up to 3 active clients, free forever. When you outgrow it, book a demo and we will shape a Solo or Studio plan around your roster.
Solo and Studio are priced around your roster and the features you actually use, so we set them on a short walkthrough rather than publishing a rate card. Book a demo and you will get an exact number on the call. If BrixFit fits, we can set you up with a free trial after the demo.
Yes. Message us from Support inside your dashboard and we will move you up or down. All your data (clients, leads, plans) is preserved either way - only access to premium features changes.
You get a grace period with reminder emails. If you do not renew, you move to the Starter plan automatically - your portal stays live, data is preserved, and premium features pause until you resubscribe.
Yes. On eligible plans we migrate your clients and programs from your current tool or spreadsheets for you, free. There is no lock-in: your data stays yours, and if you ever decide to leave, ask us and we will send it to you as CSV files.
Your BrixFit plan is billed in INR if you are in India and in USD everywhere else - we confirm the payment method on your walkthrough. Note that BrixFit does not collect payments from your clients: you create coaching packages and record the payments you receive.
