Personal trainer software for PTs across Australia
Whether you train clients in a Brisbane studio, online from Perth, or both, run leads, programs, nutrition, check-ins and client progress from one platform - with plans billed in Australian dollars.
How Australian PTs are coaching now
Many Australian personal trainers started on the gym floor, often renting space in a commercial gym or running their own studio, and have since added online clients to break the ceiling on hours. That hybrid model creates a specific problem: in-person clients, online clients and leads all end up in different places - a booking app, a spreadsheet, Instagram DMs and a notes app.
BrixFit brings the coaching side into one platform: leads, programs, nutrition, check-ins and progress, for clients you see every week and clients you have never met in person.
From Instagram enquiry to paying client
- Shareable lead forms that work from your Instagram bio or a link in a message - no website needed.
- A pipeline with your own stages, so nobody falls through the gap between enquiry and first session.
- Booking built in - leads can go straight to your Cal.com or Calendly page to lock in a consult.
- Lead Intel. AI briefs you on what a lead submitted before the consult.
- AI health-insights report to share on the call as free value - guidance, not medical advice.
Programs and nutrition, online and on the floor
- Workout builder with a 1,500+ exercise library and session reporting of time, weights and reps, with workout-day comparison.
- Nutrition plan builder with meal options and meal substitutes, drawing on 10M+ foods.
- Custom daily and weekly check-ins for online clients, and the same system for in-person clients between sessions.
- Tasks, habits and resources - repeating tasks, habit tracking, and a resource library per client, per plan or for everyone.
- Appointments and follow-ups, including repeating schedules, alongside reminders tied to a client.
Progress clients can see
Progress photos with side-by-side and slider before/after views, in-app graphs for BMI, BMR, TDEE and other metrics, body measurements and habit history - with Apple Health and Google Health Connect sync. A premium PDF progress report built from check-ins is available from the client page.
The business side for Australian PTs
- Packages and revenue. Create coaching packages and record the payments you receive - by PayID, bank transfer, card or direct debit - so revenue and renewals sit next to each client. BrixFit does not collect payments itself.
- Activity alerts when a client logs weight, completes a check-in, messages you or goes quiet.
- Integrations through the official community n8n node and a public API.
A checklist most Australian PTs work through, whatever software they use:
- Qualification and registration. The Certificate IV in Fitness is the standard qualification for personal trainers, and registration bodies such as AUSactive also expect current first aid and CPR.
- Insurance covering public liability and professional indemnity, including online coaching.
- GST. Registration is generally required once your GST turnover reaches A$75,000 - confirm with the ATO or your accountant.
- Privacy. Client health information is sensitive information, so keep it in one secure system rather than in chats and spreadsheets. Each coach's data in BrixFit is isolated with row-level security.

Your brand in front of your clients
Clients use one BrixFit app on iOS and Android that shows your branding after they log in, on eligible plans. Your web portal can run on a BrixFit subdomain or, on eligible plans, your own domain. The coach side works in any browser and installs as an app with push notifications.
Switching from another platform
Many Australian PTs use PTminder, Trainerize or Everfit today. On eligible plans we migrate your clients and programs for you, free. Compare honestly first: PTminder vs BrixFit covers where PTminder's bookings and payments are the better fit, alongside Trainerize vs BrixFit and Everfit vs BrixFit.
Who BrixFit is for - and who it is not for
BrixFit fits online and hybrid PTs and small coaching teams who want leads, coaching delivery and client progress in one system. It is probably not the right fit if your priority is class bookings, memberships and taking client payments inside the software - a studio booking tool will suit you better.
Pricing
Plans are custom and can be billed in AUD, shaped around your roster and the features you use - affordable, not enterprise-priced. Book a walkthrough for a recommendation, see how pricing works or browse every feature.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best personal trainer software in Australia?

Yes. BrixFit plans can be billed in AUD. Your plan and payment method are confirmed on your walkthrough.
Does BrixFit handle session bookings and payments like PTminder?
BrixFit schedules appointments and follow-ups, including repeating ones, and records the payments you receive against coaching packages. It does not take client payments or run class bookings.
Can I use BrixFit for in-person and online clients?
Yes. The same programs, nutrition plans, check-ins and progress tracking work for clients you see in person and clients you coach online.
Can you move my clients from PTminder or Trainerize?
